SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

International delivery is FREE for orders over $150, otherwise it's a flat rate of $9.50.

International delivery for metro areas is 2-3 business days, for regional areas please allow up to 5 business days.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. Some international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

► In original, unworn condition with tags and hygiene strip attached

If using the original packaging to return your item,please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse. We can not accept responsibility for goods that we haven’t received when there is no tracking so we recommend using a traceable delivery method and supplying us with the tracking number. We suggest you use your country's national postal service as it will usually offer the most cost-effective option for returning your products. If you need more advice on how best to ship your return from your country, please contact info@bond-eye.com.au.

bond-eye is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

DUTIES

Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes.

REIMBURSEMENTS

Please allow us up to 2-4 days to process your credits or refunds, and 5-10 days for our banks, PayPal, Afterpay or other merchant facility to clear the funds into your account.

 

DISCOUNTS AND SALES

Please note sale items are final and will not be accepted for refund or credit. This is anything located in the permanent sale category of the website. Items purchased using a discount code or temporary promotion are able to be returned through the online return portal as usual.

By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time, however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.

Please note 15% off your first order is only valid for full price items.

 

QUALITY ISSUE?

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@bond-eye.com.au as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process or refund.

We will cover the original shipping costs if we deem the item to be faulty. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we conclude the product to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store or we will provide a full refund.
