Shipping and Returns

  • We offer flat rate shipping of $10 within Australia with free shipping on all orders of $100 or over.

    Delivery on all orders within Australia is overnight except for some regional areas, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery in regional areas.
  • If you are located outside of Australia, we offer flat rate shipping of $10 with free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100

    Delivery on all international orders is 4-6 business days.

    Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
  • Not Feeling it? No Problem!  We want you to feel amazing in our swimwear so we offer a store credit note, which has no expiry date for a full price returns, and refunds for products with manufacturing faults or for orders paid using afterpay.

    All of bond-eye products are non-refundable except products with manufacturing faults so it is very important you follow our size guide or email us at info@bond-eye.com.au with any questions before purchase to ensure you have the perfect fitting bikini.

    All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.

    By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time, however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.

    Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@bond-eye.com.au as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process or refund.

    Bond-eye swim will cover the original shipping costs if we deem the item to be faulty. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we conclude the product to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store or we will provide a full refund.

    Please note that it can take 2-4 business days to process credits

    In case of a refund it may take up to 5-10 business days for funds to appear back into your account.

    If you find your bikini isn’t fitting quite right, we are more than happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your swimwear ( minus original shipping charges) if the following standards are met:

    • The swimsuit is unworn and must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Customers must try on the swimsuit wearing underwear.
    • The swimsuit is returned in its original condition with packaging, tags and protective hygiene strip in place.

    If using the original packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.

    We can not accept responsibility for goods that we haven’t received when there is no tracking so we recommend using a traceable delivery method and supplying us with the tracking number.

    We suggest you use your country's national postal service as it will usually offer the most cost-effective option for returning your products. If you need more advice on how best to ship your return from your country, please contact info@bond-eye.com.au.
