Shipping and Returns

      In these uncertain time we are offering FREE Express Shipping on all orders.

      We offer flat rate shipping of $10 within Australia with free shipping on all orders of $100 or over.

      Delivery on all orders within Australia is overnight except for some regional areas, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery in regional areas.

  • If you are located outside of Australia, we offer flat rate shipping of $10 with free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100

    Delivery on all international orders is 4-6 business days.

    Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

    Exchanges
    We are more than happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges).

    Reimbursement
    Please allow us up to 2-4 days to process your credits or refunds, and 5-10 days for our banks, PayPal, Afterpay or other merchant facility to clear the funds into your account.

    Discounts and sales
    15% off your first order only valid for full price items.
    Please note that all orders of discounted and sale items are final. By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time, however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.

    Quality issue?
    Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@bond-eye.com.au as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process or refund.

    We will cover the original shipping costs if we deem the item to be faulty. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we conclude the product to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store or we will provide a full refund.

    Due to COVID-19 there are major delays.Please note it may take anywhere between 21 - 31 working days to process returns from USA as it takes time for items to get from our USA warehouse back to Australia.

    If using the original packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse. We can not accept responsibility for goods that we haven’t received when there is no tracking so we recommend using a traceable delivery method and supplying us with the tracking number. We suggest you use your country's national postal service as it will usually offer the most cost-effective option for returning your products.
