FREE delivery for any orders over USD$150. Orders under USD$150 will incur a USD$9.50 delivery fee.

• Metro delivery: Within 2-3 business days*

• Regional delivery: Up to 5-7 business days*

*Due to the high volume of deliveries expected across our postal/courier network during this holiday period, order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorisation, or public holidays.

We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time frames are indicative of our delivery partner recommendations and can be subject to change. For more information please contact the delivery service provider directly.

International shipping may incur duties, customs charges, and fees. These amounts must be paid by you directly to the Customs Service or its authorised service provider.For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We want you to feel amazing in our swimwear. If it's not right, we offer:

•  110% Store Credit (no expiry)
•  Full Refund*

*Please note: Where items are marked as “FINAL SALE”, returns will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.

Items purchased using a discount code or temporary promotion can be returned through the online return portal.

REFUNDS ARE AVALIABLE FOR:

 

• Full-priced items (items purchased using a discount code or temporary promotion can be returned through the online return portal as usual).

• Recent orders within 30 days

• In original, unworn condition with tags and hygiene strip attached

Easy returns are great but avoiding a return is better. Be sure to check our size guide here or email us with a question - we're happy to help you.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event of a faulty item, do not hesitate to initiate the return through our returns portal. Select your reason as DAMAGED and you will be required to upload a minimum of 2 images of the faulty garment.

RETURNS PRICING USA:

Select store credit to avoid any postage costs and receive 110% credit for your next purchase. For ALL refunds, a flat rate of USD$9.50 will be charged.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT - USA:

Step 1: Submit your return request in the link below:

Step 2: Please return your products using postal standard packaging and ensure all items are in original, un-washed, unworn condition with tags and hygiene strip attached.

Step 3: Download and print your return label. Tape it securely to your parcel. Do not cover the barcode.

Step 4: Drop off your parcel to your nearest UPS center as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 4-6 business days to process your store credit or refund.

REST OF THE WORLD PRICING:

bond-eye Australia is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We suggest you use your country's national postal service as it will usually offer the most cost-effective option for returning your products. If you need more advice on how best to ship your return from your country, please contact info@bond-eye.com.au.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT - REST OF THE WORLD:

Step 1: Submit your return request in the link below and you will receive shipping instructions via email once your return has been approved. Please allow at least 2 business days for your request to be approved.

Step 3: We recommend using registered post or express post services to ensure tracking is available. Bond-eye is not responsible for any lost packages. Please provide us with the tracking info.

REST OF THE WORLD FAULTY PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event of a faulty item, do not hesitate to initiate the return through our returns portal. Select your reason as FAULTY and you will be required to upload up to 6 images of the garment.

REIMBURSEMENTS

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 4-6 business days to process your store credit or refund.

Banks and payment services i.e Paypal, Sezzle, Afterpay, may take up to 5-10 business days to clear funds into your account..

 

DISCOUNTS AND SALES

Items marked as “FINAL SALE” will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.

Items purchased using a discount code or temporary promotion can be returned through the online return portal.

When you sign up to our mailing list, you will receive an immediate discount code to use on your first full price purchase! You will also receive promotions and flash sales from time to time, however, any orders made prior to any sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences. No exchanges, no exceptions.

Please note 15% off your first order is only valid for full price items.

SHIPPING COSTS are non-refundable.
